BCTC Youth & Adults had a great day at Hightstown Triathlon

Thank you to everyone who came out for Hightstown on Sunday.  We had 10 members get on the podium.  

As far as the adult results Christine Mackrides was 3rd woman overall.  Monika Paciorek was 1st & Suzi Beck was 3rd in the 35-39 age group. Ryan Matheson placed 3rd in his age group even with being misdirected on the bike.  Lisa Kall won the 40 -45 age group.  Anthony Accardo was 2nd & Jacob was 3rd in the 40-45 age group.  Jacob wanted to give me a chance to stay with him on the bike so he crashed at about mile 7.  Kevin Kall was 2nd in the 45-49 age group beating me by 29 seconds.  Mark Eiler was 2nd & Tom Dillion was 3rd in the 55-59 age group & Nelson Dunham was 1st in the 60-65 age group.  Bob Neubaum, Jens Rosmus, Carolyn Janiak & Clare Daniels came out & scored points for BCTC in the DQ standings. 

We will see where we stack up this week as the results for the last few races will be finalized.  Unfortunately we are chasing So. Jersey Multisport who has 500 plus members.  For a new club in its first full year it is quite impressive for us to be in 2nd place.  Thank you to everyone who came to a DQ race this season.  see all DQ races & results at http://www.dqtridu.com/
